Providing body/brain-based solutions for your child’s learning and behaviour needs
The Safe and Sound Protocol is a practical bottom-up approach to help people regulate their nervous system more consistently and independently so they feel better, think better and connect better. The program consists of 5 hours of filtered music. It was developed by Dr. Steven Porges as an application of his Polyvagal Theory and has decades of research behind it. This program promotes feeling safe in a complex world and is a tool well suited to our present exceptional times.
